Some people have a natural ability to decipher people and situations. Phyllis Robertson is one of them. Maybe it comes from her background as a small business owner or senior leadership roles at a Fortune 100 company. Her instinct for drilling down to the root of a problem is keen and sure-footed. As owner and principal of Robertson Enterprises, LLC, she uses that skill to help small and medium-sized organizations optimize leadership, boost capabilities, and navigate change.
Phyllis has consulted with firms in the banking, construction, marketing and advertising, manufacturing, and telecommunications industries. She also has experience working for and with non-profit organizations.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and Spanish, and a Master in Business Administration. She is a Certified Facilitator for Dale Carnegie of the Kansas Heartland, and a Consultant and Instructor for the Center for Management Development at Wichita State University.
Our job is to listen to you, your dreams, your challenges, your goals. Once we have a clear understanding of those, we will develop a plan to accelerate your success.
